In jurisdictions where the Winum mobile app is available, we make no representation or warranty that the app will work on all devices or operating systems, and we are not liable for any incompatibility or technical issues arising from its installation or use. By using the Platform, you expressly agree to this allocation of risk and acknowledge that it is reasonable given the nature of the services provided.
Complaints & Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint or dispute relating to the Platform, your Account, any game, or any transaction with Winum, you should first contact our customer support team as soon as possible, providing all relevant details including your username, the date and time of the issue, and a clear description of the problem. We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint and will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve the matter in a fair and timely manner, taking into account applicable laws and internal policies. During the investigation, we may request additional information or documentation from you and may temporarily suspend certain transactions or features of your Account if necessary. Our internal complaint-handling process is designed to ensure that decisions are based on objective evidence, such as game logs, transaction records, and system data, and we will generally communicate our decision to you in writing.
If, after completing our internal complaint process, you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may have the right to escalate the dispute to an independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body or relevant regulatory authority, where such mechanisms are available. These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws specified in the legal notice or footer of the Platform, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule. By using the Platform, you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts or dispute resolution bodies identified by Winum as having authority over such matters, subject to any mandatory legal rights you may have in your place of residence. You may not assign, transfer, or delegate any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent, and any attempted assignment in violation of this provision shall be null and void. We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms, in whole or in part, to any affiliate or successor entity as part of a corporate restructuring, merger, acquisition, or similar transaction, provided that such assignment does not reduce your rights under applicable law.
You acknowledge that accessing and using the Platform, including any attempt to download Winum mobile app or use Winum mobile app features where available, is subject to all the conditions set out in these Terms and any applicable local regulations. Any references to “Winum” in these Terms refer to the brand and the operator providing the Platform under the Winum name, and all rights in the name and associated trademarks are reserved. If you have any questions or require clarification about any part of these Terms, you should contact customer support before continuing to use the Platform or placing any bets. By registering an Account or continuing to use the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety, including the strong emphasis on responsible gambling and the strict prohibition of access by individuals under the age of 18. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account in accordance with the procedures described above.
